Cancellation and Refund Policy for The Skin Specialist

At The Skin Specialist, we aim to ensure a positive experience with our products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled without any charges if the request is made before the product is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned for a refund as per our Return and Refund policy below.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:


  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale products, gift cards, and personalized items, are non-returnable.
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in a resaleable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • Processing Time: Please allow  7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed the return.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may ask for a photo of the damaged or defective product to process the return and refund or exchange the item at no additional cost.
